Application as a cold compress:
Store in the freezer for about 2 hours before using cold.
Application as a warm compress:
Before the warm application, place the compress in a hot water bath for about 4 minutes.
Alternatively, fill a microwaveable container with water so that the compress is completely covered.
Heat the compress with the container in the microwave for approx. 1 minute.
